You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

6. Subscription and Payments

Pro Subscription

• The Pro plan costs $4.99 per month
• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe

Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your paid period
• We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months

Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of your payment.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without permission
• Use automated systems to access the Service (bots, scrapers)
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload malicious code or content

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by DeckBanker and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• DeckBanker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• DeckBanker shall not be liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or investment losses
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DeckBanker and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
